it is like a mini Grizzly & Cub route, so anyone wanting to stop after about 6.5 miles, can stop back in Marlow, and those wanting the longer more technical run can continue for another 10 miles.
The only thing I have failed on is that those wanting longer route actually “Turn Left” to continue, where we all know that you “Turn Right” on Branscombe Beach!!

Sunday 9th March - Grizzly and Cub

Folks, we have received an email from the Grizzly organisers reminding us of our responsibility to ensure the following documents have been circulated and read by all club runners.

Please can you take a moment to read over the following. I think this is in response to some runners accessing private land to ‘reccy’ the route which we all heard about the other week. However, we are very grateful to the organisers for the places they give to the club and would ask everyone to take note!

Thanks all!
