We meet at Marlow Sports Club every Tuesday evening at 7pm and on Thursday evenings we offer organised runs from either the club or a designated meeting place (often near a Pub!). On Friday evenings there is an interval session at Little Marlow track (at additional cost) At weekends when there are no club events there are either leader lead or informal longer runs on offer from different locations. 

We start off our sessions with a warm welcome and call out recent achievements and discuss any upcoming events.   There's always a treat for anyone who has a PB since the previous week!
