  • Training from Marlow Sports Club

    Due to the cancellation of the first race in the Summer 5k series at Wargrave, Marlow Striders training this week will be a "5K Time Trial" - where you will be set off in staggered starts according to your estimated 5km finishing time. If you fancy a challenge, why not go for a PB?

    Please note: Group runs are limited to 15 members per Run Leader and will be accepted on a first come first served basis. Options are below and will be confirmed on the night from our Run Leaders.

    Oxygen Junkies (OJs) - Chasing that speed High

    Wilderness Warriors (WW) - Fast pace training 6 - 7 miles at 8.5 - 9 minute/mile pace

    Dancing Hares Plus (DH+) - Bridging the gap to WW, about 6 miles at 9 - 9.5 minute/mile pace

    Dancing Hares (DH) - Chit-chat pace about 5 miles at 9.5-10 minute/mile pace

    Easy Striders (ES) - No stress pace for all. 3 to 3.5 miles
