    Mindful run with Sue -  Join Sue for August's Mindful Run in Marlow Common Woods.
    3 relaxed miles interspersed with breathing exercises, and yoga postures.
    Meet at 9am at Medmenham, postcode SL7 2EL (Claire C house)

    Easy Striders (ES) - No stress pace for all | 3 to 4 miles | 12+ to 11:30 min/mi 

    Easy Striders Plus (ES+) - Improvers group | 4 to 5 miles | 11:15 to 10:30 min/mi

    Breezy Striders (BS) - Chit-chat intermediate group | 6 miles |10:15 to 9:30 min/mi

    Breezy Striders Plus (BS+) - Bridging the gap to Speedy Striders | 6-7 miles | 9:15 to 8:30 min/mi

    Speedy Striders (SS) - Chasing that high speed | 6-7 miles | 8min/mi or below

    Intervals - Quality speedwork, mixing fast efforts with recoveries

    80/20 training programme - 80 percent of your weekly training is at a low to moderate intensity – and 20 percent of your weekly routine is at a high-intensity

  • Sunday 6th November - we need all hands on deck!

    The time for our flagship event - the Marlow Half Marathon and Marlow 7 - is fast approaching and as many are aware the success of this event relies on our members volunteering and supporting on the day.

    It may seem a way off but a lot of logistical work goes on behind the scenes and we really need to know how many volunteers we have and be able to start allocating roles etc. 

    An email has been sent to all members by @Tom Hostetler about this but we have not received many responses to date and urgently need more volunteers!!
