The following is a list of food required for the event. Please indicate what you are able to provide by putting your name against the item.

Even if you're not able to attend, please consider making a contribution.

Food drop-off:
For those unable to attend on Sunday, you can still contribute by dropping off to the MSC bar area between 10:00 and 15:00 on Saturday - please ask for David Williams. We'll bring it to the race on Sunday. 

Prep guidelines -

Please cut sandwiches into quarters (triangles / squares) and cakes & fruits into portion sizes.
Multi-bag crisps preferred over big packets.
Please clearly label any vegetarian / gluten free / vegan foods

Course Setup - Saturday

Due to landowner access restrictions, course setup will take place in 3 phases 

Sat 08:30am - MSC

• Loading the van with gazebos, tables, traffic cones, and other equipment.
• If you’re available before Higgy parkrun, please come to the MSC sheds to help load the van.
• 4 x “muscle” helpers needed

10:00am - Culden Faw

• Offloading the van and setting up the Start/Finish/Parking areas.
• 6 x helpers needed

Sat 14:00 at Culden Faw

• Setting up the race course itself. Estimated time: 2 hours
• 6 to 10 helpers needed

Sunday setup

Volunteers needed! The more hands on deck, the smoother it will be.

Please arrive by 09:00 - runners will begin arriving from 09:30.

On arrival, please ask for Antony, who will be assigning volunteer roles.

We'll also be making some sandwiches on site - all utensils will be provided.
