Frieth Hilly 5km recce run

Meet at 6.45pm outside Frieth CofE school (RG9 6PR).

5k but option to do a bit more. We may all run together depending on the group size but Katie and Sally are on hand to lead a slow Breezy and Marco a Breezy Plus / Speedy,
