Horrible Hills (18:30) - led by [TBC]
- A "fun" hill session focussed on stamina and duration rather than speed. Suitable for all levels of ability. Balls, buckets and teams will be involved dependant on numbers.
- Post training we'll adjourn to "The Brittania" for rehydration.
- Meet ( in lay-by) at junction of Berwick Rd and Mundaydean Lane.
