Heavenly Hills (18:30) - led by Mike T

A "fun" hill session focussed on stamina and duration rather than speed. Suitable for all levels of ability. Balls, buckets and teams will be involved dependant on numbers.
- Post training if  needed we'll adjourn to "The Brittania" for rehydration.

 

Directions

-Please meet, Paul Howe  ( in lay-by) at junction of Berwick Rd and Mundaydean Lane at 18:30. Paul will then bring you to the Hilly bit.
